Our law firm client has an immediate need for a Litigation Associate with a minimum of one year experience in their Honolulu, HI offices. This position will be primarily remote after initial training.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and be experienced with a wide range of matters including Real Estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters, or general residential and commercial real estate foreclosure matters.
This position will manage cases from inception to completion, work closely with firm clients, draft pleadings, motions, and related documents, and attend court hearings both remote and in person.
All candidates must have a JD from an accredited US law school and be licensed to practice law in the state of Hawaii.
