Law​/Legal Associate, Lawyer

This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Honolulu, HI. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs, attending court hearings and depositions, participating in mediations, and assisting in trial preparation. The role will also involve client communication and contributing to the resolution of cases while collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys to provide quality legal services.

• Proficiency in Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing
• Strong skills in Drafting Pleadings, Motions, and Briefs
• Experience in Litigation, including participating in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Hawaii State Bar
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and delivering results for clients
