- Engage in litigation processes
- Assist in trial preparation, including strategic discussions, discovery, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation
- Conduct research on intricate legal matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Maintain an active Hawaii Bar License
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active license to practice in Hawaii
- 0-3 years of experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
