Insurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Management Specialist to support underwriting and client servicing activities within an insurance environment. This role partners closely with Brokers to manage policies, support claims-related activities, and assist with program expansion. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, dedicated, and brings strong insurance and administrative expertise.

• Proactively support Brokers with policy management, proposal preparation, and presentation materials.
• Perform clerical and administrative functions including document preparation, scanning, filing, and word processing.
• Prepare, issue, and reconcile client invoices; identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with coverage questions and program adjustments to ensure policies remain accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Support underwriting and claims-related services, particularly within Property & Casualty insurance.
• Enter and maintain policy data, client demographics, renewals, and documentation under appropriate supervision.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or insurance support roles
• Insurance industry experience
  , preferably Property & Casualty
• Experience supporting underwriting and/or claims functions
• Strong organizational, documentation, and billing support skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite)
