Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Business Analyst to support our client’s team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of technology and process improvements. The Business Analyst will translate business objectives into clear functional requirements and help ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile project delivery
  , sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
• Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  .
• Experience supporting software implementation or system enhancements
  .

• Experience working with healthcare systems or healthcare-related environments
  .
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  .
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar requirement tracking tools
  .
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation tools
  .
• Prior experience supporting cross-functional technology teams
