Description
- Delivers training programs using established materials and methodologies while ensuring consistent quality and adherence to learning objectives.
- Gathers data and feedback to support training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and basic performance data analysis.
- Creates and updates training materials and documentation by reviewing content accuracy and incorporating participant feedback.
- Coordinates training logistics including scheduling, registration, and resource management while maintaining effective communication with participants.
- Monitors program metrics and completion rates through learning management system data collection and standard reporting methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
