Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to reduce customer churn within the first 90 days and manage base strategy for customers experiencing a move Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root causes of churn and enhance onboarding processes Monitor performance metrics for early life and movers' retention, utilizing data for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in base management, retention, lifecycle strategy, or customer analytics Experience in subscription-based businesses, preferably in internet or telecom sectors Proven success in reducing early life customer churn Strong collaboration skills with CRM and CX teams Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies
