Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on vulnerability remediation, patch deployment, and endpoint hardening for enterprise endpoints Manage the creation and deployment of Software Update Groups (SUGs) and schedule maintenance windows Produce metrics for patch compliance and maintain documentation for endpoint remediation processes
Required Qualifications Three or more years of hands-on endpoint patching experience using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Experience in patch testing, staged rollouts, deployment troubleshooting, and compliance verification Hands-on experience using Qualys Vulnerability Management for remediation validation Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
