Required Qualifications
- A DoDSecretclearancealong with US citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Demonstrated “Advanced Technical Expertise” or certifications in accordance with
DoD 8140.03 - A minimum of 12 years applicable experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience engineering and implementing multi-disciplinary projects and designing local, regional, WAN and network systems and subsystems supporting voice, video, data, and imagery information
- Avixa Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or equivalent AV certification (e.g.Extron AV associate, Harman Professional Training, AMX Certified Expert (ACE))
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of network engineers, withdemonstratedexpertisein applying DoD Information Assurance (IA) policies and guidelines to network architecture design, configuration, and implementation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Audio-Visual (AV) programming at intermediate to advanced levels of complexity, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with DoD networks

Unified Communications Leadto fill a Key Personnel position in support of the Enterprise Pacific IT C5 Solution (EPICS) effortfor
United States Army Pacific (USARPAC).
The United States Army Pacificis the Army Service Component Command forthe United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), responsible for Army forces the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility (AOR). The AOR covers 9,000 miles, form the west coast of the continental United States to India. UASRPAC applies campaign-quality land powerwith more than 107,000 soldiers and civilians andrepresentsthe nation’slargestheater army.
This task order (TO) directly supports the efforts of USARPAC, its subordinate commands, and its strategic and operational partners(e.g.Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), USINDOPACOM, United States Forces Japan(USFJ), United States Forces Korea (USFK), Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC), Defense Logistics Agency(DLA) United States Paces Force (USSF), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Guard Agencies(State Department) to contribute to USINDOPACOM’soperationalization of the National Defense Strategy through providing comprehensive IT enterprise services(e.g. complete infrastructure life cycle for all hardware, software, and services including planning, analysis, engineering, design, development, installation, interoperability mitigation, integrations, testing, operations and maintenance (O&M), and training of all C5 and IT systems supported) that enable multi-domain C5
ISR (Command, control, communications, computers,cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) capabilities across the Indo-Pacific AOR.
The purpose of the EPICs task order is to provide critical C4 and IT system support to Enterprise Services Integration and Modernization(ESIM) for USARPACG6, its subordinate units, and its strategic and operational partners. C4 capabilities aredistinctand each fulfills a different purpose.
Duties and responsibilities of the Unified Communications Leadinclude but are not limited to:
- Serve asa Computer Network expert capable of overseeing multi-disciplinaryprojectse.g.network projects, network architect efforts, network engineers, audio-visual (AV) video-teleconferencing(VTC) and unified communications (UC)
- Responsible for managing and integrating AV,network technologies in support of mission-critical operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving innovation to enhance the performance and reliability of AV, VTC, UC, and network systems
