PurposeOwn the Wondr Advanced and Partnership strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Wondr Health's metabolic solution. This role bridges clinical innovation, digital experience, and operational scalability while driving Wondr Advanced and Partnership enablement through product‑led growth strategies, streamlined integrations, and GTM alignment to accelerate revenue growth and client retention.
Essential Functions Product Strategy & Roadmap- Develop product capabilities that accelerate Wondr Advanced growth and partner onboarding, including standardized integration frameworks and scalable configuration options.
- Build and maintain a roadmap for Wondr Advanced and Partnerships that balances member experience, business objectives (B2B and B2C/DTC), and clinical rigor and efficacy.
- Strategic focus on Wondr Advanced and Partnerships.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives using evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify GTM friction points and translate them into product solutions.
- Lead discovery for new product and condition expansion strategies to support lifestyle and virtual specialty care.
- Drive partner integration efforts and optimize client onboarding, operational processes, data file management, and reporting.
- Translate business goals and constraints into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Serve as a solutions subject matter expert and conduit between Sales, GTM, and Operations teams for Wondr Advanced and Partnerships.
- Streamline solution configurations and implementation processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Validate solutions with market feedback, prospects, and clients to inform future roadmap decisions.
- Spearhead analysis and improvement of GTM product response and proactively adjust as conditions change, ensuring alignment with Sales and Operations.
- Own the Wondr Advanced and Partnership product backlog; ensure clarity, prioritization, and alignment with sprint goals.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver increments within two‑week sprints, ensuring adherence to AGILE controls and clinical safety checks.
- Coordinate releases, including risk assessments, rollout plans, and stakeholder communication.
- KPIs include accelerating client and partner onboarding, driving Wondr Advanced growth and adoption, reducing GTM cycle time, and driving upsell revenue across the product portfolio.
- Partner with analytics to instrument dashboards and report progress to leadership.
- Compliance & Risk Management.
- Ensure all features meet HIPAA, PHI, PII, state/federal telehealth regulations, and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Legal and Clinical teams on risk mitigation and audit readiness.
- 8+ years in product management, with experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to deliver software products in Scrum/AGILE environments with cross‑functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving product‑led growth and enabling Digital Health/Metabolic Health and related partnerships through product capabilities.
- Experience with telehealth, weight management programs, or pharmacy benefit models.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms, EHR/EMR integrations, and digital coaching solutions.
- Digital Health/Metabolic Health: GTM messaging and packaging, sales support, partnerships, and operational efficiencies and improvements.
