Senior Director of Mission Success - Hawaii with Security Clearance

Immersive Wisdom, provider of a leading remote collaborative ops center platform for DDIL environments, is seeking a Honolulu, Hawaii-based senior director of mission success (existing TS/SCI security clearance required IPTV) to join our growing organization. You will be directly responsible for the management and success of key योजनक customer programs. To be considered for this position, you must have an existing TS/SCI clearance, be based in Honolulu coming, HI and have significant direct experience working with or for the DoD in highly proactive, user‑facing program management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage key existing Immersive Wisdom customer programs including schedule, plans, vision, and requirements.

• Actively and proactively own critical customer relationships.

• Coordinate and deliver targeted demonstrations and presentations to existing customer stakeholders.

• Manage customer relations by soliciting and capturing client feedback.

• Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction and grow program business.

• Work closely with our Operations and Product teams to drive lasting סעכ customer success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

• Deep experience with DoD customer mission sets and program management.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence.

• Willingness to travel.

• Experience with geospatial and collaboration technologies is a major plus.
