First Hawaiian Bank is seeking tech savvy, customer focused individuals to join our Digital Service Center team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates—whether internal or external—with an interest or background in technical support or digital systems who enjoy troubleshooting, problem solving, and helping customers navigate online and mobile banking tools.
As a Digital Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customers across our digital channels while gaining valuable hands on experience with the bank’s digital platforms.
Work ScheduleMonday–Friday 8:00am–7:00pm (work schedules vary)
CompensationThe hourly salary range for this role is $20.00-$25.00/hour; commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, computer science, MIS, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, help desk support, or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong comfort with computers, digital systems, and online research.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM.
- Interest in digital banking, technology support, or opportunities to contribute to digital service enhancements and initiatives.
- Highly organized, with strong ability to track issues, follow through to completion, and take ownership of resolving customer needs in a timely and accurate manner.
