The Hackett Group is looking for a passionate, Oracle Cloud Functional Sr. Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, upgrades, and migration projects.

• Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle Payroll Cloud
• Project experience as an Implementation Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud projects
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud Applications
• Interest in growing module knowledge and delivering solutions
• Maintain knowledge of current technologies and practice in Oracle Cloud, business processes, and consulting initiatives
• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
• Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Conduct system cutover and post-implementation support
• Provide technical resolution including; functional review of integrations, data mapping, data analysis, and data migration support
• Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Manage a project successfully; yourself, onshore and offshore team, and the client

• Consulting experience
• Hands on project experience in at least two to three Full Life Cycle implementations in Oracle HCM products; from planning to configuration through go-live
• Able to engage in HCM best practices and storytelling
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills
• Impeccable communication and follow-up
• Follow Hackett methodology
• Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
• Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience (from planning to configuration through go-live) with Oracle Payroll Cloud
• Experience managing work streams, estimating, implementation planning and project management to ensure project timelines are met
• Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
