Overview
Leidos is seeking a Cleared IT Professional with Networking Expertise to join our Field Service Network Administration team. This role is critical to supporting network infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring reliable connectivity for mission‑critical operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with network installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting outages in secure environments.
Responsibilities Network Installation & Configuration- Deploy and configure routers, switches, and other networking hardware.
- Support site installations and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades to maintain optimal network performance.
- Apply patches and firmware updates as required.
- Diagnose and resolve network outages and connectivity issues promptly.
- Provide on‑site and remote support for field operations.
- Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
- Ensure adherence to DoD and Leidos security protocols.
- Active (Secret or Top Secret) security clearance.
- Hands‑on networking experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- CCNA certification or a relevant degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Science.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts.
- Experience in field service or remote site support.
- Familiarity with DoD networking standards and secure environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.02 - $30.02/hr.
