The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Lead to support the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) Enterprise Pacific IT C5 Solutions (EPICS) program fter, HI, supporting the USARPAC customer to maintain a robust and reliable communication and network infrastructure to execute its mission. The Cybersecurity Lead will serve as a key enabler in supporting Cybersecurity efforts and driving the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures in alignment with DoD and Mission Partner policies (e.g. USARPAC, PACAF, USFJ) to bring about the successful completion of EPICS program goals and objective.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Ensuring the resilience of IT systems and networks critical to Mission Partner’s mission, while proactively addressing emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- Monitoring and analyzing the security posture of networks, servers, endpoints, and other systems.
- Operational planning in support of training, exercises, operations and coordination of integrated cyber operations by targeting hostile adversary activities and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, mission partners, and stakeholders to shape cybersecurity strategies, policies, and solutions that enhance Mission Partner’s ability to operate securely in a dynamic and contested environment.
- BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Possess a TS/SCI clearance with access to SCI based on a SSBI.
- Demonstrated ‘Advanced Technical Expertise’ or certification in accordance with DoD 8140.03.
- A minimum of ten years of experience integrating DoD and Mission Partner cybersecurity policies into IT projects.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the RMF process.
- A minimum of five years of experience managing cybersecurity at the program level includes planning, directing, and coordinating cybersecurity requirements for network and systems administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively articulate cybersecurity requirements and concerns to senior leadership at the major command level and above.
Pay Range $ - $
