Protocol Analyst; Level I-IV

PROTOCOL ANALYST

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Protocol Analyst to perform data and computer science analysis in support of customer operations.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly

• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
• Relevant experience must be in a signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterizations, and/or network security analysis.
• Be able to perform advanced mathematics such as calculus, discrete mathematics, trigonometry, logic, computation, and statistics.
• Must have excellent communication skills to express complex ideas in easy-to-understand language.
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

• Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field.
• A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed relevant training program listed e.g. 9141, 1N2A, 451 Intermediate Signals Analysis, 452 Advanced Signals Analysis, or MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP.

Entry level requires a HS Degree and 6 years of relevant experience | Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience | Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant experience. Higher positions require up to and including a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range: $110,000-$240,000. The BTS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
