Job Description:

• Interviewing potential candidates to assess fit and qualifications
• Maintaining accurate records and notes in a CRM or similar system
• Performing high-volume outreach aligned with sales and recruitment goals
• Delivering persuasive pitches and proposals to present our services as ideal solutions
• Managing post-close tasks and ensuring smooth administrative follow-through
• Communicating professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams
• Assessing the quality of leads and prospects based on set criteria
• Qualifying leads to ensure alignment with our standards
• Building trust and inspiring confidence throughout the process

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Skilled in managing time and priorities in a fast-paced setting
