Role SummaryRole
Summary:
Provide corporate-wide support for the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM and Success Factors policies, programs, and projects. Lead configuration, testing, documentation, and user training for Success Factors modules and secondary support for ECC HR modules.
- Lead configuration and implementation of Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Performance, Onboarding, Succession).
- Lead configuration and support for ECC HR modules (Time Management, Payroll, Benefits).
- Develop and maintain functional design documents, business process definitions, and test plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to define user requirements, validate gaps, and design solutions.
- Facilitate functional workshops and training sessions for end users.
- Provide Level 2 functional support, resolve data and configuration issues, and troubleshoot system errors.
- Coordinate testing activities, create test cases, and manage issue tracking.
- Act as a change agent for process adoption and continuous improvement.
- Maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and compliance controls.
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM and Success Factors implementation and support.
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP ECC HR configuration (Time Management, Payroll).
- Strong understanding of SAP security administration, roles, and compliance.
- Experience designing and documenting business processes and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in SAP testing, data management, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent SAP functional knowledge (Success Factors, ECC HR).
- Effective change management and business process improvement.
- Strong documentation and training capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP testing tools and data management.
- Solid problem–solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in a cross–functional team environment.
- Several (3-5) years experience in ERP business processes and/or end user functions in the HCM arena.
- Several (3-5) years experience in project development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and assessment of SAP based business solutions.
- A few (1-2) years analytical experience in simple to complex systems.
