We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in and registering guests, the Front Desk Agent serves as a knowledgeable resource for information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Essential Functions- Perform daily front desk procedures, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the reservation system and front desk procedures.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process guest payments according to established procedures and policies, including proper cash handling and credit card authorizations.
- Communicate efficiently with other hotel departments to support special requests, late check‑outs, maintenance needs, and guest concerns.
- Assist with pre‑registration and room blocking of reservations; prepare for group arrivals and departures.
- Provide the highest level of service to guests at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with hotel reservation software preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
