ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring hotel operations provide a consistent, high level of service excellence and financial performance based on established expectations and standards of the company, owners and guests. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for all hotel activities involved in planning, developing, operating, and maintaining a hospitality driven guest experience with financial controls and consistent expected financial performance being paramount.
The position develops strategic hotel goals consistent with the company’s strategic initiatives and brand standards, and translates them into tactical plans; and provides leadership to ensure goals are attained. A critical element is driving financial results through granular analysis, process improvement, and direct work with the properties.
Five (5) years of experience as a General Manager or Corporate Hotel Leader and/or other hotel level operations management position with comparable job knowledge and skills. Ten (10) years of experience in all phases of hotel management, with a strong requirement for daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning and administration of services.
CompensationBase pay starts at $200,000–$220,000, with potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, and education.
