This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their taillights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them.

• Greet and welcome every guest. Ensure every guest receives a fond farewell.
• Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guest.
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner.
• Safely and securely drive every guest vehicle. Safely and securely store guest vehicle keys.
• Open doors and assist guest/visitors entering/leaving property.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (luggage, packages, etc.).
• Approachable and professional personality.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods at a time.
