Do you have a joy for diligently cleaning and preparing a neat environment for our visitors? Hilton Waikiki Beach is searching for a Full‑time Guest Room Attendant that is filled with the Aloha Spirit and a keen eye for detail! Our Guest Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning and preparing and providing our guests with clean and appealing guest rooms and hallways.

Flexible scheduling availability is a must.

• Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
• Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
• Reports necessary maintenance items.
• Follows departmental policies and procedures.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
• Detail oriented – Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

• 1 year:
  Professional Cleaning experience desired, preferably in hotels.
• Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity.

High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
