This role is a behind‑the‑scene team position responsible for ensuring that all linens are clean and ready for guests. The primary duties include sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding towels, sheets, duvets, and pillowcases. The team member also performs guest laundry collection, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.

• Collect guest laundry from bins and chutes
• Check all items for damage or stains and take appropriate action to rectify issues
• Place and remove items from washing machines, dryers, and/or feed the ironer
• Neatly fold, count, and re‑stock inventory for guest rooms
• Report any technical problems or deficiencies to maintain equipment functioning
