We are currently hiring
two Sales & Marketing Specialists
to join a team of three Specialists, reporting directly to the
Director of Sales & Marketing
. In this role, you’ll own marketing strategy for one of Pharmacare’s core service lines
- Infusion Therapy or Specialty Pharmacy
- while also driving sales growth within key customer accounts.
This is a highly visible role with real influence. You’ll work closely with major healthcare partners, collaborate with internal operations teams, and directly impact the growth of the business.
- Role 1 (Open):Infusion Therapy marketing paired with the main hospitals in Hawai’i
- Role 2 (Open):Specialty Pharmacy marketing paired with the main hospitals in Hawai’i
All roles are
field-based
, offering the opportunity to build strong, in-person relationships with customers across
Oʻahu and the outer islands
. You’ll also spend time onsite at Pharmacare’s main office
once per week
, leading face-to-face meetings with your dedicated operations partners to ensure alignment and execution.

Compensation & Rewards
- Base salary range of$45,000 – $65,000
, based on skills and experience - Eligibility for a
team-based bonus of up to 25% of base salary
, tied to sales growth and gross profit performance

Job Duties:
- Execute sales tactics with key accounts to achieve revenue targets across. One of the key tactics will be coordinating learning sessions with our key accounts and our nursing team.
- Develop sales training materials for your line of business (LOB) and ensure the other LOB specialists are educated so they can support their customers effectively.
- Partner closely with the pharmacy operations team to develop deep knowledge of our workflows and communicate our services clearly and effectively to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new sales tactics.
- Manage your expense account within budget.
- Review and refresh all marketing collateral for your line of business aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop the brand positioning for your line of business and create and test messaging.
- Lead events and sponsorship opportunities for your line of business.
- Identify key provider and patient stories to share in marketing messages.
- Create and conduct customer service and market research surveys.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify pain points at key accounts and proactively solve issues through cross functional team leadership.
- Lead a cross functional weekly business sync with the pharmacy operations manager for your line of business and communicate key information to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (FDA, HIPAA, etc.) in all promotional activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Possess a valid driver s license and vehicle.
- MUST be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably within a provider, payer, or specialty services environment.
- Existing network within the local Hawaiʻi healthcare market.
- Strong leadership and influence skills.
