Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, provides therapeutic services to youth and families needing mental and behavioral health support.
Responsibilities- Conducts intake, assessments, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
- Develops and implements individualized service plans with measurable goals.
- Delivers individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Coordinates with external agencies, schools, and community resources for comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with care coordinators, providing progress reports and treatment recommendations.
- Participates in IEP and treatment planning conferences as needed.
Master s degree (MSW or related field) and at least two years of clinical practice experience.
Employment DetailsBoth full-time and part-time roles are available, with pay ranging from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour. Benefits encompass medical, dental, vision, disability, flexible spending, PTO, retirement plans with matching, and more. The position involves in-person work with flexible hours, typically 20–40 hours per week.
