• Conduct assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and formulate tailored treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
• Implement physical therapy techniques with a focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and effective home exercise routines.
• Document assessments, treatments, and advancements as per institutional and regulatory protocols.
• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree attained from a recognized program.

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• CPR certification preferred but not essential.
• Specialized certifications (including neurological or geriatric) are advantageous but not necessary.

• Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
