Job Title:
Occupational Therapist (Full-time/Part time)
Pay: $80 per visit or $90,000–$110,000 annually (based on caseload)
Location:
Honolulu, HI (Reliable transportation required)
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling – choose your patients and caseload. Per diem options available.
We’re a growing home health organization in Honolulu dedicated to helping seniors live safely, independently, and confidently. Our work focuses on home health, fall prevention, and supportive therapy services within private homes and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).
We’re currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about improving quality of life through personalized, in-home and community-based therapy.
What You’ll Do- Provide occupational therapy services in clients’ homes and senior living communities
- Complete initial evaluations and follow-up assessments, including fall-risk screenings
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Represent our organization at community wellness events and outreach programs
- Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
- At least 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable engaging in community outreach and presentations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
