Resident Care Aide/Certified Nurse Aide

Full Time status: Day Shift 6a-2p or Night Shift 10p-6a

Part Time status: Day Shift 6a-2p, Evening Shift 2p-10p, Night Shift 10p-6a

Starting salary $17.50 per hour

Our team is looking for passionate, responsible, and caring Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written and organizational skills and will share in our core values.

• Providing direct resident care including: daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, incontinence/peri-care;
• Providing redirection to residents to promote independence;
• Obtaining accurate vital signs and reporting changes in resident health status and documenting as appropriate;
• Assisting/accompanying residents for appointments, if assigned;
• Reporting concerns regarding resident to Director of Nursing, Administrator (or Charge Nurse on shift).
