Position Overview

We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team on Kauaʻi. In this role, you will provide personalized care and assistance to patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation

Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the care team

Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment

Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Follow care plans and adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Completion of an approved HHA training program or Nurse Aide program

Current CPR certification

TB clearance and up-to-date immunizations (MMR, Tdap, etc.)

Ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
