Senior Auditor

We are seeking for a Audit Consultant to join our client's internal Audit team in downtown Honolulu. This role will support the evaluation of internal controls, risk management processes, and regulatory compliance across banking operations. The Senior Auditor will work closely with audit leadership and business stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Plan and execute internal audit engagements across operational, financial, and regulatory areas
• Evaluate internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements
• Prepare audit reports and documentation for management and leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Track remediation of audit findings and support follow-up reviews
• Assist with risk assessments and audit planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of internal or external audit experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments preferred
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Onsite role (5 days/week) in downtown Honolulu
• Collaborative environment working directly with Audit leadership and risk teams
