• Partner with financial advisors to design complex wealth strategies and provide tailored recommendations
• Act as a trusted resource during client interactions to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with specialists to create client‑centric solutions that enhance the advisor experience
• Develop marketing strategies and materials to drive new business growth
• Deliver training on wealth planning and private client solutions to improve advisor capabilities

• 5+ years of consulting, portfolio, or sales experience in investment management and trust services
• Ability to travel 50%-70% as required
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 at time of application or must obtain within 6 months of hire
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Extensive experience with complex investment and estate planning solutions for high-net-worth clients

• Previous sales experience through an intermediary or financial advisor channel
• CFA, CIMA, CTFA, ChFC, or CFP designations
• Strong understanding of the high-net-worth market segment and its unique challenges
