Premier Relationship Banking Team Leader

The Premier Relationship Banking Team Leader drives business growth and client satisfaction by leading a high-performance team servicing top-tier mass affluent clients. They manage and expand client portfolios, provide strategic mentorship to enhance advisory skills, and ensure alignment with bank objectives. Through effective leadership, they stimulate sales performance, support deal execution, and foster relationships at networking events, while overseeing daily operations of the PRB Team, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with senior management to refine goals and strategies.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Work hours may vary)

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 to $90,000/year; commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sales management, finance, business-related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Must complete retail banking training or related experience
  • Must be able to read various financial statements and have a general understanding of accounting concepts
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle
  • Must possess Notary Public Commission
  • Licensed Banker:
    Health and Life Insurance required within one (1) year of hire
  • Must complete NMLS Registry within 90 days
  • Personal mobile phone for business use (access emails, customer phone calls)
  • Five (5)+ years of progressively responsible experience in banking (or related industry) with financial analysis, relationship building and credit skills are required
  • Three (3)+ years of sales cultivation and execution skills in retail banking (or related industry) required
  • Three (3)+ years of supervisory or management experience required

    Demonstrated ability to interpret a wide range of financial statements with a solid understanding of core accounting principles to support team oversight and client advisory needs
  • Ability to analyze financial data and reporting dashboards, identifying trends, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic planning at the team and department
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting professional documentation and delivering clear guidance to both clients and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in all aspects of team and client interactions
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through, ensuring accuracy and consistency across team output, documentation, and operational processes
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while providing leadership stability and direction to the team
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to support team members in balancing responsibilities and meeting service expectations
  • Demonstrated sales and business development acumen, capable of coaching team members to identify opportunities and deepen client engagement
  • Ability to articulate value propositions with clarity and influence, guiding clients toward appropriate financial solutions and mentoring team members to do the same
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial service products, enabling effective leadership, coaching, and support in delivering exceptional client experiences
