The Financial Services Associate is part of a team that provides key operational support to financial advisors, engaging with both the advisors and their clients. A proactive professional with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a top-tier experience, you’ll handle applications, underwriting, and servicing requests. • Process applications with precision and efficiency
• Manage underwriting process and take action to move cases forward
• Process service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, and billing updates
• Collaborate with partners to develop high-quality financial plans
• Prepare and manage process of opening investment accounts
• Prepare and manage client communications
• Prepare Envestnet proposal for Advisory clients.
• Prepare materials for quarterly and annual reviews: investment summary, consolidated investment reports
• Organize, manage, and coordinate back-office insurance and investment account services and support
• Thoroughly document case notes, thought process, and analysis, and assumptions
• General account servicing as directed by representative
• Provide NMIS Operations backup support, as needed
• Other projects assigned by leadership

• 2+ years of professional experience in a process-focused role (banking, mortgage, financial services)
• Team player with a customer service mindset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
