PositionFirst Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to join our Consumer Credit Service Center team. This position serves as the subject matter expert for the Consumer Credit Service Center loan servicing team that supports, maintains, and services the Loan System for Consumer and Small Business loans and lines of credit. This role is responsible for assisting the CCSC Department Manager with overseeing daily operations of the CCSC loan servicing team by planning, assigning, and directing work towards processing loan servicing and maintenance requests timely and accurately and for meeting service level agreement requirements.
Ensures that servicing responsibilities comply with Bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Work hours may vary)
CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $58.5k to $75k/year; commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities- Act as the subject matter expert for the CCSC loan servicing team and support, maintain, and service the Loan System for Consumer and Small Business loans and lines of credit
- Assist the CCSC Department Manager with overseeing daily operations by planning, assigning, and directing work
- Process loan servicing and maintenance requests timely and accurately
- Meet service level agreement requirements
- Ensure servicing responsibilities comply with Bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 5 years of experience in consumer loans and/or mortgage loan servicing required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and make decisions without established written procedures
- Able to plan, organize, delegate and implement tasks assigned to the department
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Possess strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with quality results
- Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of programs
