Bright Star Care of Honolulu is hiring a Finance Manager to own the financial execution of the agency. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books, running payroll, managing revenue cycle activities, tracking authorizations, and delivering clear monthly financial statements using Microsoft Dynamics GP.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who values accuracy, structure, and accountability.
Your Impact- Deliver accurate, timely monthly financial statements leadership can trust.
- Ensure caregivers are paid correctly and on time.
- Maintain clean, reliable financial records in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Protect cash flow through disciplined billing and collections.
- Prevent authorization lapses that disrupt care or revenue.
- Full-cycle bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
- Monthly close and preparation of internal financial statements.
- Payroll processing and payroll accuracy.
- Revenue cycle management, including billing and collections.
- Authorization tracking and coordination with internal teams.
- Maintenance of financial documentation and internal controls.
- Monthly financial statements delivered on time, every month.
- Clean reconciliations with minimal corrections.
- Payroll runs smoothly without errors or delays.
- Revenue is billed and collected promptly.
- Leadership has clear, reliable financial visibility.
- A finance professional who takes ownership and follows through.
- Someone comfortable working directly in accounting systems.
- A detail‑driven thinker who prevents errors through strong processes.
- A clear communicator who closes loops and meets deadlines.
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations.
- Experience preparing monthly financial statements.
- Hands‑on Experience With Microsoft Dynamics GP Strongly Preferred
- Payroll and billing or revenue cycle experience required.
- Healthcare or service‑based business experience is a plus.
