First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Peak Time Mutual Fund Representative I to join the Asset management department. This role will be responsible for servicing existing clients of Bishop Street Funds
- Hawaii Municipal Bond Fund and supporting efforts to expand distribution channels with financial advisors. This role works closely with financial advisors and shareholders, responding to inquiries related to transactions, holdings, and fund information. This position will work closely with the Portfolio Managers of the Fund, Compliance, and Administrators to ensure accurate and timely communication and service delivery.

The hourly salary range for this role is $20.00-$35.00/hr; commensurate with experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields and/or equivalent work experience.
• Basic financial planning experience including familiarity with CRM Software (Salesforce, FIS D1)
• experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in warm calling, sales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of the investment industry
