This is a full‑time, on‑site Mortgage Loan Officer role, located in Honolulu, HI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for working directly with clients to evaluate their financing needs, guide them through the mortgage application process, and ensure a smooth and compliant underwriting process. Day‑to‑day tasks will include researching available loan programs, building relationships with prospective clients, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with underwriting teams.

The role also involves staying informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide clients with the best loan opportunities.

• Strong background in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage Industry
• Knowledge of underwriting procedures and lending guidelines
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building relationships and client satisfaction bà
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to provide personalized loan solutions
• Experience or certification as a Mortgage Loan Officer, with NMLS licensing preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and a strong understanding of the local market in Honolulu, HI
• Proficiency in managing financial documentation and attention to detail
