First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Retail Banking Administrative Specialist to join our Branch Banking Division team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support functions for the Branch Banking and Retail Planning Division Managers.

Compensation

$21.75 - $27.00/hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)

As An Ideal Candidate, You Will Have
  • and/or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 years of administrative/office experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  • Courses in business writing and professional development preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with bank employees, customers, and vendors
  • Must have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Must have high degree of accuracy and neatness
  • Must be able to use sound judgment and discretion regarding reports and confidential information
  • Proficient PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and interrelationship between the applications
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm
