We are looking for leadership-oriented managers aiming to advance their careers toward becoming partners in our general office. The Fast Track Management Program begins with you as a financial professional, working closely with clients to build your experience. Upon meeting program requirements, you will transition into management as an associate partner.
Training, Support, and DevelopmentWe offer a comprehensive three-year training program, marketing support, prospecting, and technical assistance. You will work with successful agents and managers who will help you develop your clientele. As part of a Fortune 100 company, New York Life provides extensive resources and ongoing support.

Responsibilities- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language are a plus.

- Experience in insurance or financial services is required.
- Cultural market knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Some sales experience is necessary.
- Applicants must be located in Hawaii or willing to relocate there. Only Hawaii residents will be considered.
$110,000 - $130,000 annually
