• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the assigned location, ensuring parking operations meet contractual guidelines, fostering good client relations, and projecting a professional image.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the development of property‑level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day activities of the assigned locations, including customer interaction, preparation of evening closing reports, processing bank deposits, scheduling staff, supervising frontline staff, preparing month‑end reports, auditing cashier shift reports, monitoring time cards, hiring and training frontline staff, reviewing damage claims, disbursing petty cash, and preparing the annual budget.
• Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report any accidents, violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and surrounding major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• Education / Experience: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work: Special shift requirements may vary; availability for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be required.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and seeks clarification; responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
• Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and positive attitude; responds courteously and professionally to service requests.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; deals with delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical Demands: Regularly requires standing, walking, using hands to handle cash and equipment; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Salary Range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour.
