Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and manage project plans including schedule, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and conduct regular progress reviews with stakeholders Generate project progress reports, monitor budget expenditures, and prepare documentation for project close-out and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering 5+ years of experience managing R&D projects in telecommunications or electrical systems Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred
Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Ability to lead a multi-discipline team and drive results in an R&D context
