Join HDR in Honolulu as a Transportation Senior Project Manager!

At HDR, we're 100% employee-owned and driven by the idea that we can make Hawai'i better-one project at a time. We're looking for an experienced Transportation Senior Project Manager to help lead major infrastructure initiatives across the islands.

In this role, you'll:

* Lead large, complex, multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning through completion

* Oversee multiple high-impact projects at once while keeping quality, budgets, and schedules on point

* Strengthen client relationships and take an active role in business development, proposals, and strategic planning

* Guide collaborative design sessions with your team, partners, and community stakeholders

* Manage staffing and project workloads with a sharp eye on deliverables and deadlines

* Monitor project finances, lead QA/QC efforts, and conduct key project reviews with operational leaders

* Mentor emerging project managers and foster a culture of excellence

* Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

PMP certification

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering

* 10 years related experience

* A minimum 5 years project management experience

* Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license

* MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be plus)

* Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills

* An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
