The Project Engineer plays an important role in supporting the project management team by helping coordinate both design and construction activities. Working under the guidance of a senior Project Engineer, this role assists in planning, organizing, and tracking key project elements to help ensure successful delivery.
You’ll contribute to the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of structures and facilities, applying standard engineering techniques and sound judgment to support project objectives. We’re looking for someone who can spot opportunities to add value and help deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
What You’ll Do- Support the planning, organization, coordination, and completion of engineering projects
- Set up and maintain standard project files and documentation
- Review designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and contract requirements
- Help coordinate scheduling and resolve design or construction challenges
- Assist in reviewing and processing design changes, specifications, and drawing updates
- Monitor project expenditures within budget guidelines
- Communicate regularly with senior project leadership regarding issues or risks
- Maintain accurate, timely work while managing multiple priorities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving successful project outcomes
- Take initiative in identifying ways to improve processes and add value to projects
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
