We are a full‑service Mechanical Contractor, self‑performing the installation of Plumbing, HVAC, Sheet Metal, Fire Protection/Fire Sprinkler, and Temperature Controls/Energy Management systems across the entire spectrum of construction projects. Our Service and Warranty Department is well established and prepared to provide post‑construction services.
The Special Projects Division handles the most difficult and challenging projects.

Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controls and Low Voltage Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about electrical engineering, has a keen eye for detail, and is driven to deliver high‑quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our controls and low‑voltage systems, ensuring that they are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all controls and low‑voltage systems across our construction projects, ensuring they are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that controls and low‑voltage systems are integrated seamlessly into our projects.Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our controls and low‑voltage systems.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with our controls and low‑voltage systems, and provide technical support to our team as needed.Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and developments in the field of electrical engineering, and apply this knowledge to our work.Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing them with the guidance and support they need to excel in their roles.Qualifications
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.Extensive knowledge of controls and low‑voltage systems, and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.A keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.A strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.The ability to work well under pressure, and to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Application
