Sr Civil; Design Engineer; Data Centers

As a Senior Civil Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing, you’ll work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring schedule and technical quality while gaining familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

• Site development, site master planning, and site selection
• Underground utility routing and site space planning
• Hydrology analysis for storm drain and wastewater systems
• Final grading plans including cut‑and‑fill analysis and earthwork balancing
• Erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approval
• Research and adhere to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements
• Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications such as Storm
  
  CAD and Civil Storm

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including extensive industrial development project experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in analyzing and designing all aspects of medium to large scale industrial developments
• Demonstrated experience with all design modules of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• Bluebeam experience
• Experience using Navisworks
