Job Title: Summer Fun Teacher Aides in Early Childhood and Grades Program
Reports to: Summer Fun Director – Jen Kaneshiro at jkaneshiro
Dates: June 8-July 17th
Hours: 8:30am-2:30pm
Pay: $20hr – $25hr depending on experience and education.
Job Description:
We are seeking creative, fun, energetic, and collaborative staff for our summer fun program! We have positions open in our Early Childhood program as well as our Grades 1-5 program. Theatre majors who can lead elementary age children in Theatre games and activities are encouraged to apply and hours can be flexible. Also seeking staff who love to play outdoor games with children and do arts and crafts.
Must be confident in leading a group of children with fun, engaging, social-building activities and be able to hold boundaries for children so as to keep the program safe, respectful, and inclusive for all participants.
Job requirements:
- Experience working with kids in a group setting is preferred
- TB Test and Background Check
- United States work authorization
- High School Diploma or equivalent
