Duties and Responsibilities
- * Support faculty, development teams, and community partners in designing and implementing summer programs, exchange programs, and self-determination training initiatives.
- * Plan and coordinate logistical components for on-campus, residential training and exchange activities, including scheduling, materials, facilities, and participant support. Program activities may be held before and after normal working hours and/or on weekends/holidays and at some offsite locations.
- * Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies in partnership with internal and external organizations.
- * Serve as the primary on-site lead for residential training activities, remaining on campus overnight to ensure participant safety, provide support, and address emergent issues.
- Assist the Project Coordinator in supervising Peer Mentors, including developing schedules and leading weekly meetings.
- * Serve as the program's information specialist, supporting high-quality information flow among internal staff and partners.
- Manage program information and resources by developing, organizing, updating, and disseminating materials across multiple platforms and formats.
- Evaluate and apply emerging information technologies, research findings, and evidence-based methods to improve program operations and resource accessibility.
- Support program data collection, documentation, and evaluation efforts, including contributions to compliance and reporting requirements.
