Duties and Responsibilities
Assist project implementation under the direction of the Hawaii After school Alliance (HAA) Principal Investigator, Project Director, and Project Manager with duties including, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist in coordinating and planning meetings, conferences, workshops & major training events, including developing agendas, managing participant registration, identifying key stakeholders/attendees, taking notes, & assisting with coordinating event planning logistics.
- Assist with developing content, coordinating, and maintaining HAA's social media accounts and website.
- Support planning and event coordination of in-person and/or virtual conferences, stakeholder meetings, and training (including light lifting).
- Support the development of professional development materials for after school, summer programs, and community schools.
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and evaluation of project data.
- Document project activities for the purposes of tracking project progress.
- Manage project contacts to aid project information dissemination.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
