We are currently looking for one Full Time RDH to join our team!

At Ala Moana Dental Care, we offer a guaranteed salary of $70,000-$90,000 to start, depending on experience. You’ll have a set schedule with 2 or 3 days each week with a total of 136 shifts per year/1,632 hours! This schedule gives you 229 days off a year! This lets you save on gas, commuting time, child care, etc. We offer a solid long term position, top of the line pay, a set schedule, full benefits including medical/dental/vision/drug coverage, a retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, parking, monthly bonus opportunity, and a guaranteed salary no matter how many patients you see!

Bonus is available after 90 days and increases to a maximum of $7,500/year after 5 years and up to $15,000 after being on the team for 10 years! With bonus your hourly pay potentially becomes over $64/Hour
