Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
* This position is fully in-person in Honolulu *
Looking for a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer communications to provide support, resolve issues, and promote products or services. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities- Answer high‑volume inbound calls or make outbound calls to customers.
- Provide information about products, services, billing, or account issues.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and follow established procedures to resolve problems.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as needed.
- Process orders, payments, returns, or account updates.
- Follow scripts, compliance requirements, and performance guidelines.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Basic data entry and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not always required).
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
